Refund & Return Policy

At Velmora Hygiene, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their item.

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.

For hygiene and personal care reasons, certain opened or used products may not be eligible for return.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us first at info@velmorahygiene.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time, please first check with your bank or card provider.
